  • About the role: We have a vacancy for a lawyer to be part of the in-house EMEA Legal Department team with a focus on the international asset management activities of Wells Fargo’s Asset Management (WFAM) Division, with particular focus on non-US funds and non-US domiciled registered investment management firms.
  • Looking for: We are looking to secure your expertise and experience in the asset management industry advising investment funds and investment advisers; together with your knowledge under UK, Luxembourg and other laws internationally as they relate to asset management activities, including the regulation of advisory firms and the establishment, operation and marketing of investment funds.
