  • This in-house role is varied and we aim to provide an end to end service to all departments within the company for example starting at the tender process of sourcing a contractor, to drafting/ reviewing / negotiating the contracts and then advising on performance or other issues during the life of the contract. We are looking for an approachable and driven individual to help our team grow.
  • Your main responsibilities will be to draft and review, negotiate and advise on all types of commercial contract documents (goods, services, etc) from pre - tender stage to completion and to advise on contractual issues or disputes during the life of the contract, working closely with the Procurement team.
  • You will be self-motivated and organised, with exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A sound understanding and experience in at least 1 of the following areas of law will be required for the post: IT contracts, Procurement Law for Utilities, Data Protection, Environmental law, Construction Law (in particular NEC3 and NEC4 contracts) would be an advantage.
