  • Produce & maintain high quality documents to provide partners & associates with cost effective & timely precedents.
  • Prepare updates in line with legal developments to inform colleagues and clients of implications.
  • Required: corporate legal knowledge, experience of advising on Public M&A transactions & knowledge of the Takeover Code.
  • The role offers flexibility & good work/life balance & this particular role can be either full time or four days a week.
