About The role: This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a busy in-house legal team working on issues at the heart of the Partnership.
Looking for: Among your myriad skills, we are looking to secure your track record of expertise in the in-house financial services sector (ideally in retail or retail banking) and ability to effectively manage commercial relationships with external suppliers (e.g. panel law firms and Counsel).
Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, providing strategic, up to date and pragmatic legal advice as a Business Partner to the financial services team; and taking a proactive approach to, and responsibility for, developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
And more: Alongside the financial services specialism, it will also be important in this role to be comfortable with general procurement, payments, technology and data protection advisory work.
