  • About the role: For DWF's high profile, expanding Banking and Finance team, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Associate (London) who will assist the wider specialist team nationally.
  • Looking for: We are looking to secure your solid experience in corporate lending and especially funds finance, with a recognised City or leading regional firm; your ability to work across the spectrum of clients, including lenders, private equity, debt funds and corporates. Your recent relevant experience is a must have.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include cases spanning a wide-ranging spectrum of corporate banking and real estate finance such as corporate lending, private equity, general banking transactions, acquisition and structured finance, real estate and project finance, asset-based lending and restructuring work.
  • And more: You will be able to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and application and the ability to deliver excellent results and client service for clients within required time frames.
