  • This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support.
  • This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support.
  • Our Structured Finance team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.
  • We assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • We are looking for a talented and ambitious associate with broad based structured finance experience. You will have a background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds).
