This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support.
This role will provide BCLP’s clients with specialist, dedicated Securitisation and Structured Capital Markets advice and transactional support.
Our Structured Finance team provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products.
We assist clients in relation to securitisations, asset-based financings, capital markets financings, distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious associate with broad based structured finance experience. You will have a background in UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e.g. project bonds, utility bonds).
