Securitisation Associate

  • About the Firm: Eversheds Sutherland represents the combination of two firms with a shared culture and commitment to client service excellence. We are each known for our commercial awareness and industry knowledge and for providing innovative and tailored solution for every client.
  • About the role: We are looking for a talented and ambitious associate to join our growing debt capital markets and securitisation team, ideally based in our London office but this is not a prerequisite and we will also consider candidates based in or looking to move to one of the other UK cities where we have a banking law presence (Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds and Manchester).
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your excellent technical skills and strong transaction and people management skills; and your flexibility, and an ability to apply key skills and technical knowledge to a wide variety of transactions.
  • Opportunities: The role is not limited to securitisation and will cover a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including listed bond offerings, private placements and convertible debt in addition to potentially assisting with loan portfolio transactions and flow arrangements if required.
  • And more: You will be good communicator with an ability to interpret complex legal issues into plain English, risk based, advice for clients; and a strong team player, with a high level of commitment to client care.
