Restructuring and Corporate Recovery Associate

Restructuring and Corporate Recovery Associate

  • The London RCR team is part of the Disputes & Investigations practice area although each member of the RCR team has a broadly equal mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to develop technical skills is necessary.
  • Our clients are wide-ranging, from private equity funds to pension scheme trustees, and also include insolvency practitioners, banks, asset based lenders, corporates and individuals.
  • You need experience in contentious insolvency – in particular challenging directors and third parties in respect of antecedent transactions; some fraud experience could also be helpful; asset tracing and debt recovery.
  • Although not core to the RCR team's practice, experience in another area of disputes which is relevant to the wider Disputes & Investigations practice, in particular white collar crime and fraud would be valuable/
