  • We are looking for a bright, experienced and motivated Associate to join our Commercial Property Investment Team.
  • Sitting within the wider Real Estate Group, you’ll act for clients ranging from ultra-high net worth offshore investors and major UK property companies to international funders.
  • You'll be engaged in the full range of high-value commercial property investment work including sales and purchase, high-value lettings, day-to-day property management work, and funding work.
  • You will have extensive day-to-day contact with clients and their other advisors at a senior level providing high quality legal and commercial solutions. You should have strong landlord, and tenant, and investment experience.
  • For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to sit at the heart of high-value complex transactions for major investment clients.
