  • Work under supervision to provide a cost-effective service, giving sound and timely legal advice to clients on a broad range of commercial and residential property litigation matters.
  • The work will include but not be limited to dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters; title issues; rights of way; Telecoms; residential development; and arrears recovery.
  • You'll take responsibility under supervision for own files and manage all aspects of client work in line with the firm’s quality control procedures and the Lexcel office manual.
  • Necessary is a minimum of 18 months’ experience (minimum 6 months’ during training contract and 12 months’ post qualification) within a property team in private practice.
  • You need experience of advising on property law.
