• In this role, you will be responsible for advising the organisation with regard to all property matters and in particular working with the new construction, coastal infrastructure and legacy teams.
  • You'll provide legal advice and have conduct of commercial and residential property transactions across an extremely varied portfolio, including agreeing complex arrangements for property acquisition, disposal and funding.
  • Furthermore, you will draft detailed contracts including not limited to conditional contracts, option agreements, leases, agreements to lease, section 106 agreements, adoption agreements and planning agreements.
  • You should have significant post-qualification experience as a property lawyer in-house or in private practice. It would be advantageous to have some experience with property management and/or construction.
  • This role is suitable for someone who is a calm proactive analytical problem solver that enjoys working closely and collaboratively with other team members and external stakeholders to find solutions.
