  • About the Firm: To develop and deliver legal practical guidance for the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution and Corporate Crime modules and other LexisNexis online products and solutions targeted at Dispute Resolution and Corporate Crime practitioners
  • About the role: We are seeking to recruit a PSL to develop and deliver legal practical guidance for the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution and Corporate Crime modules and other LexisNexis online products and solutions targeted at Dispute Resolution and Corporate Crime practitioners.
  • Looking For: If a full-time role, working across both modules, excellent technical legal knowledge (substantive and procedural) and a broad practical experience of dispute resolution and corporate crime/ criminal law and practice. A candidate with more experience on civil dispute resolution would be acceptable provided they have some knowledge and experience in corporate crime/criminal law and practice. If two part-time roles, one role requires excellent technical legal knowledge (substantive and procedural) and a broad practical experience of dispute resolution law and practice; the second role would require excellent technical legal knowledge (substantive and procedural) and a broad practical experience of corporate crime/criminal law and practice.
  • Opportunities: the opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, developing and maintaining market-leading practical guidance within the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution and Corporate Crime modules, providing legally accurate and practical guidance to customers; and analysing the latest legal developments, including Civil Procedure Rules and Criminal Procedure Rules changes, Brexit legislation and court judgments
  • And more: Desirable attributes include: Previous experience of writing articles on legal topics, including Brexit and the impact of Brexit on dispute resolution and corporate crime/criminal areas of practice; and experience in using technology to create and publish online content.
