  • About the Firm: Ashurst is a leading global law firm with a history spanning almost 200 years, and clear strategy for our future growth.
  • About the role: We are looking for a senior level qualified lawyer with significant experience in M&A in the power and renewables sectors that is keen to focus on M&A in the power and renewables as well as broader infrastructure sector.
  • Looking For: In addition to your strong technical skills, we are looking to secure your enthusiasm for business development and strong interpersonal skills as there will be extensive opportunity to build client relationships and contribute to business planning.
  • Opportunities: You will be afforded the opportunity to taking client instructions right from day one; guiding the client through the transaction; and negotiating sale and purchase agreements (corporate and asset) and ancillary transaction documentation.
  • And more: You will have Significant post qualification experience in corporate and asset/business sale M&A, with a focus on the power and renewables sectors, with a reputable international law firm. Broader M&A experience in the infrastructure sector would be desirable.
