  • The purpose of this in-house role is to seek to ensure that relevant policy is aligned with applicable financial services law and regulation and regulatory requirements and expectation. The role-holder will work closely with other members of the Retail litigation team in ensuring management of Retail Litigation cases within policy.
  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuous improvement of Retail Litigation policies and related standards, processes and guidance including impact assessment relating to external developments (e.g. new legislation and regulation) and changes to other relevant policies.
  • You have working knowledge of the financial crime risks that arise through activities undertaken in the Retail bank.
  • You will Strong working knowledge of the financial services related law and regulation and related risk management issues for Retail banks.
