About the role: We are looking for an outstanding in-house Legal Counsel to join our expanding Legal team to help support our rapidly growing Ad Sales business and marketing teams. This role will be based in London.
Looking for: Among your myriad skills, we are looking to secure your experience in providing legal advice in European jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom (France, in particular); your substantial experience working in legal frameworks applicable to online advertising, internet, media, and mobile technologies; and your expertise in regulatory, consumer protection, and privacy regulations and frameworks.
Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include reviewing, drafting and managing a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to advertising and marketing agreements, business development deals, and software licenses.
And More: You will provide full-lifecycle support on relevant product development initiatives from product design, engineering phase to full go-to-market launch; and advise our teams about relevant legal contexts, issues and risks, complex agreement structures, approval processes, and company policies and procedures.
