Legal Counsel - Technology and Data

  • The press mission is "to further the University's mission by disseminating knowledge in the pursuit of education, learning and research at the highest international levels of excellence".   • We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable and enthusiastic lawyer with significant experience in technology, data protection and information governance to join our Legal and Business Affairs team. Tile 3 You will be part of
  • You will be part of our small but perfectly formed Technology and Data team and have a crucial role as the primary technology lawyer for the Press. The role is refreshingly varied, given the changing nature of our business models, particularly the shift from print to digital and products to services along with an increasing reliance on data.
  • You will have significant experience in advising on technology contracts and data protection issues.
  • You will be a strong communicator with lots of energy and enthusiasm for your chosen field, as well as a collaborative and supportive approach to working with others, providing expert guidance at a time and in a way which enables colleagues to achieve their objectives.
