  • About the role: Landlord and Tenant team in our Dispute Resolution Group, part of the Civil Litigation Division.
  • Looking For: Among your many attributes we are looking to secure your intellectual curiosity, commerciality and practicality; your proven experience in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes and banking litigation at solicitor level; your supervisory experience is essential; and your ability to deal flexibly with a wide range of work types, work sources and clients.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will enable you to predominantly deal with commercial banking recoveries claims for a major banking client (including money judgment and possession claims) and a wide range of commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes. You will be acting for individuals, businesses and financial institutions. The clients that you will be acting for are both privately paying and LEI funded.
  • And more: The role includes assisting the team leader of the Landlord and Tenant team and may involve supervisory responsibilities. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.
