  • The Role: Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (Corporate) is recruiting an in-house General Attorney Senior Staff to the legal team in the Corporate Headquarters office.
  • Looking For: Among your myriad attributes, we are looking to secure your experience providing in-house legal advice, to human resources professionals and business leaders; and your substantial experience in advising on UK employment law issues and international employment law compliance in a law firm, or as in-house legal adviser for a corporation, preferably a government contractor.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include taking Lead as primary legal advisor in UK and Europe across all Business Areas on all Global Human Resources (GHR) issues covering the life cycle of the employment relationship, from hiring practices, employment contracts, to termination of the employment relationship.
  • And more: You will provide advice and strategic guidance to HR and Senior Leadership on internal policies and practices to ensure compliance with local laws covering ongoing terms and conditions in the course of employment, such as entitlements and protections under local laws, including the impact of specific industry national collective agreements, where applicable, in European countries in which LM does business; furthermore, you will keep abreast of legislative changes as they occur, providing recommendations and advice on HR policy changes to conform to such changes.
