  • About the role: The In-house Brand Protection Junior IP Counsel will be responsible for providing support to senior team members in the enforcement and protection of the company’s intellectual property rights throughout EMEIA.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your understanding and experience of trade mark design and copyright law; excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office Suite and your being a self-motivator able to work independently, with guidance on more complex issues and decisions is highly desirable.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include but not be limited to, Customs and criminal enforcement activities in EMEIA countries, liaising with external counsel on enforcement matters and receiving updates and providing instructions on existing and new matters; drafting cease and desist letters, settlement agreements and related correspondence; and drafting evidence statements for Trading Standards cases.
  • And more: You will have the ability to multi-task, shift priorities as needed, and collaborate with internal and external resources; and possess a positive attitude, service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
