  • About the team: Our busy Corporate and Commercial team, based in Queen Square, Bristol, is looking for an ambitious solicitor to help with a steady flow of high quality corporate and commercial work.
  • About the role: This role offers a broad mix of Corporate and Commercial law work and will appeal to a lawyer seeking a genuine breadth of work and the opportunity to develop a range of skills.
  • Looking for: You should have good technical knowledge of company, commercial and contract law.
  • Opportunities: We are looking for a lawyer with some corporate or commercial experience who is keen to further develop their career, with clear progression opportunities.
  • And more: The successful candidate will assist the Partners on large transactions and will also be responsible for their own caseload of corporate and commercial work.
