  • The position of IP Transactions Counsel is a critical in-house role with responsibility for overseeing and advising on Anki’s IP and commercial transactions as well as advising on the related business strategies.
  • In the discharge of your duties amongst other tasks, you will prepare, review, advise, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including, licenses, CDAs, sales, partnership, and commercial agreements. The position will also involve providing counsel on associated legal issues to internal business clients.
  • You will have a minimum four years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, preferably involving IP licensing.
  • You will have a demonstrable ability to collaborate, as well as work independently, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
