  • Kennedys is looking for an Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Insurance Litigation team.
  • Our recognised team of dedicated insurance and reinsurance lawyers handle a vast range of insurance disputes and litigation. Our clients include general insurers and reinsurers, global composites, Lloyd’s syndicates, self-insured PLCs and self-insuring government bodies.
  • It is desirable that you have coverage, insurance, litigation, and arbitration experience, and previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
  • You also need the ability to apply a commercial approach to claims in order to deliver economic solutions.
  • Our focus on the insurance industry means we really understand the legal, commercial and regulatory issues our clients face.
