  • The role sits within the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, which itself is part of the Business and Professional Risk department of the firm.
  • The team works for numerous well-known local, national and international clients and intermediaries in the private sector and a broad range of clients in the public sector.
  • You will have the opportunity to become involved in high calibre and high value contentious and non-contentious assignments.
  • The role will involve advising clients in both the public and private sectors on the impact of insolvency, insolvency options and outcomes.
  • We expect from you familiarity with the Insolvency Act 1986, the Insolvency Rules 2016, and the Civil Procedure Rules.
