About the team: We advise on all the tax planning and corporate issues which relate to the establishment and running of incentive schemes, both for private and public companies.
About the role: Your work will involve all aspects of design, drafting and implementing incentive plans and share plans, as well as the various aspects of employment taxes.
Looking for: A desire to build on our excellent corporate client base and existing incentives practice will be important and, a proven ability to win new business will be an asset.
