  • The main purpose of the role is to support the execution of client securitisation transactions and the EIBD Securitisation origination activities.
  • You'll support the Directors, structuring under co-ordination of the structuring team leader in executing securitisation transactions (diversified pool, accounts receivable purchase schemes and supply chain finance) including reviewing documentation and liaising with the client, external and internal counterparties.
  • Another feature is to support the execution of private placement and public ABS transactions in EMEA, where required.
  • No prior knowledge of securitisation but some experience or background in structured products from a structuring, credit, accounting or legal background or corporate banking experience.
  • Language skills preferable but not essential – including Japanese, German, French & Spanish preferred.
