  • About the Firm: We are solicitors with offices in Southampton and Winchester. We are a full-service law firm providing advice to companies and individuals.
  • About the role: We are seeking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor to join our small, friendly and busy team in Winchester to work alongside and, to complement our lending team.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your expertise and experience with your excellent organisation, team working, IT, and verbal and written communication skills; together with your ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load; and your commitment to ensure the highest level of client care.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will primarily involve handling a mix of commercial and buy to let purchases and re-mortgages for a variety of clients (companies and individuals) introduced by the firm’s lending clients and brokers.
  • And more: The role is part of a team of four with another fee earner and two Paralegal assistants. It is a busy, young team working alongside and complementing our lending team.
