  • About the Firm: Kennedys is an international law firm with expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the insurance/reinsurance and liability industries.
  • About the role: We are seeking a motivated solicitor to join the Professional Liability team in our London office. The role will be required to provide strategic management of a portfolio of Insurance matters.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your previous experience of working in house in a claims handling or claims consultant capacity; previous experience advising Insurers on and acting in respect of claims involving large scale infrastructure projects, including ports and tunnelling projects; and your defendant insurance litigation experience in both the UK and Australia in respect of claims against construction professionals.
  • Opportunities: You will have the opportunity to be responsible for drafting all court documentation for each file, briefing Counsel, liaising with experts, overseeing teams carrying out E-discovery, conducting fraud and intel research, drafting advices to the client and preparing witness evidence.
