  • About the Role: We are seeking to appoint a mid-level Equity Derivatives lawyer to work in our London office.
  • Looking for: Among your myriad attributes, we are looking to secure your experience of investment banking (preferably markets businesses) either through private practice advisory work, secondment or in-house legal department; your experience of legal advisory work on ISDA Definitions and OTC derivatives and your experience of collateral and security arrangements.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include but not be limited to, providing legal support relating to the negotiation of equity swap and synthetic prime brokerage documentation; and assisting with matters relating to synthetic direct market access and other electronic trading platforms used in connection with the ESSL line of business.
  • And More: You will review and negotiate collateral arrangements including third party security arrangements and bespoke margining arrangements; and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product templates, guidelines and legal documentation summaries.
