Energy Transport & Infrastructure Associate

  • The role will primarily focus on the commercial aspects of primary and secondary projects but will also involve providing elements of corporate, financial services, banking, construction, commercial, regulatory and general transactional advice.
  • The role will provide outstanding experience in drafting and negotiating project/finance documentation.
  • Experience of working with ETI team on transactions is desirable.
  • We are a truly global law firm and as such, always welcome hearing from those with foreign language capabilities. In light of our recent combination, Mandarin language fluency would be particularly advantageous given that China is now core to our strategy.
  • We regularly act for project companies, developers, banks, investors, multilateral agencies, contractors, governments and other public sector bodies.
