  • About the role: The employment team of Lewis Silkin is one of the leading employment law practices both domestically and internationally. Our team is amongst the largest in the UK with 24 employment / immigration partners and around 100 other specialist lawyers.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your excellent academics and have gained the benefit of training in a well-respected Firm. We are looking for someone with good communication and organisational skills. You must have strong analytical ability, a clear communication style (both spoken and written), excellent client handling skills and, above all, must be a team player.
  • Opportunities: The opportunity available to you will be exclusively employment work. You will mainly be assisting more senior Associates and Partners with their cases, as well as running their own matters under supervision. The caseload will consist of a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work and will have direct contact with a variety of clients.
  • And more: The role will develop in accordance with the Associate’s own skills, aptitude and preferences and according to the needs of clients and the department.
