  • About the role: The in-house The EMEA Lending and Payments Managing Counsel will be responsible for managing an experienced team of lawyers providing legal advice and counsel to the EMEA, Treasury Management, Commercial Capital and CIB and Wholesale lending businesses (including Capital Finance, Supply Chain Finance, CDF, Subscription Finance and ITS) on complex cross-border lending transactions (both secured and unsecured).
