  • About the Role: We are looking for a qualified solicitor of 1–3 years’ PQE with experience in Court of Protection work to increase and strengthen our successful team.
  • Looking for: We are looking to secure your part or whole STEP examination success, with your experience of both creating and management of LPAs and of OPG deputy standards; and experience in the area of community care and welfare law.
  • Opportunities: Opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, preparation of court applications, both financial and welfare deputyship orders and more complex wills and trusts; and the supervision of paralegals within the team in matters of simple applications to Court and general management of the deputyship.
  • And more: You will have sound organisational skills; be flexible, pragmatic and have problem-solving approach. You will also be comfortable working under pressure with the ability to plan and prioritise work; additionally, you will have an appreciation of fee earner needs and constraints as part of your commercially awareness.
