- Linklaters are currently seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (0-2 years' PQE) to join the team in our London office
- The main areas of focus for this role will be private equity and private M&A, along with knowledge and learning tasks
- This will include drafting and updating precedent documents, writing briefings, and conducting transaction debriefs
- This role would suit an associate with a solid understanding of company and contract law and experience of private M&A
- The role is part-time (3 to 4 days per week) and we welcome applications from those interested in flexible working
