- Tile 2: About the Role: Litigation lawyer will form part of the EMEA Litigation group, covering all of the business areas within the Bank.
- Looking for: Among your many skills we are looking to secure your three or more years PQE from a law firm with banking litigation or contentious regulatory experience, or equivalent experience within a legal department of a large financial institution or the enforcement division of a financial regulator.
- Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, managing litigation, contentious regulatory matters and disputes, either as stand-alone matters with the relevant line of business lawyer or as part of a wider team including outside Counsel; and instructing outside Counsel including managing the dispute, reviewing draft documents and formulating strategy.
- And more: You will be working closely with the business to assess risk, develop strategy and formulate our approach as well as to provide better legal advice and develop as a legal counsellor; and conducting internal reviews of code of conduct violations relating to regulatory rules and obligations.
