- You will deliver legal support across a wide range of corporate matters including drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts.
- You will give accurate prompt, realistic and relevant advice in response to clients’ enquiries whilst managing their expectations.
- Typical matters include; mergers, acquisitions and disposals; due diligence and disclosure; investment agreements; shareholder agreements (and bespoke articles of association); share restructuring/group re-organisation; share options (including EMIs); company formation and administration; non-contentious insolvency work; banking (loans, security and deeds of priority); listings to AIM/Plus.
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be equalled by your business acumen.
- You will have the ability to work autonomously but also as part of a collegiate environment.
