  • An opportunity has arisen in the London Corporate department for a mid-level associate with experience of private M&A, private equity and joint ventures and an interest in the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), Financial Institutions and FinTech sectors.
  • Although not essential, equity capital markets experience would also be useful.
  • As well as relevant work experience, the successful candidate will have excellent technical legal and business development skills, be passionate about the sectors covered by the team, and be willing to work hard and get stuck into some cutting-edge global projects.
  • The role offers the chance to work with a fast growing and market leading practice that acts for a diverse client base ranging from technology start-ups and venture capital firms to private equity firms, large corporates and financial institutions.
  • You should have experience of managing multi-jurisdictional projects.
