  • Shoosmiths are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our Plot Sales team in Birmingham
  • Role will involve tasks such as issuing and preparing contract packs, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, processing...
  • of contracts, completion procedures, Land Registry Applications, opening files and preparation of bills
  • Six months of conveyancing/plot sales experience within a professional environment preferred (training will be given)
  • A degree, LPC or Ilex qualification would also be beneficial, but it is not a prerequisite of the role
