  • About the Firm: A leading UK law firm with a network of offices from the South Coast to Scotland, working together as one national team.
  • The Role: Due to continued growth in the team, we are seeking confident and experienced Conveyancers to join our legal team based in Northampton on a full-time basis.
  • Looking For: Among your myriad talents we are looking it secure your enthusiasm, organisation and determination to help the residential conveyancing department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner, using your excellent customer service skills.
  • Opportunities: The opportunities afforded to you will include, but not be limited to, running your own Conveyancing caseload and so we are looking for candidates who are familiar with the entire conveyancing process, preferably in high volume. You will be dealing with work from instruction through to post completion, and all types of transactions including leasehold flats; plots etc.
  • And more: You will have experience in checking legal title to all freehold and leasehold transactions and be able to deal with all elements of these transactions and will possess a proven track record for winning and servicing new introducers and clients, developing systems and support staff to grow a business. The ability to draft more complex precedent documentation would also be beneficial.
