  • About the role: We currently have a number of assignments seeking lawyers with funds experience with a range of PQEs within our financial services and asset management clients.
  • Looking for: We are looking to secure your expertise and minimum of 2 years’ PQE of funds/asset management related legal work and regulated funds experience.
  • Opportunities: You will have the opportunity to work with our experts in fund formation, financial services regulation, trading documentation (including prime brokerage and derivatives documentation), corporate structuring and transactions, litigation, taxation, ICT and employment regulation.
  • And more: Our contract roles demand the same highly skilled lawyers as our permanent roles so we would expect you to have strong academics, excellent interpersonal skills and be client-focused.
