- We are looking for a solicitor to join the team to assist with acting on sales and acquisitions (by private treaty and by auction) letting, property management, and property finance.
- You will work for a variety of clients including investors, developers, banks, and third sector organisations. You will also provide support to our business services department on corporate transactions.
- As a member of the Real Estate team, you will be expected to lend general support as and when required and also contribute to the monthly department know-how meetings.
- The role requires a good knowledge of land law, landlord and tenant law, land registration and property tax but with also some knowledge of construction and environmental issues likely to affect property transactions.
- You would have completed at least a 6 month seat within commercial real estate, and preferably have some property finance experience.
