- About the role: You'll be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to: vendor, licensing, confidentiality, and IP rights agreements.
- Looking for: You should have knowledge and experience of advising on a wide-range of commercial and IP matters within Czech Republic and throughout the EU – experience of patent drafting and filing is a plus.
