  • About the role: You'll deal with commercial contracting, general commercial, and governance issues, as well as organisational reconfigurations for both our public sector and independent sector health and social care clients.
  • Looking for: We're looking for candidates with the ability to provide clear, concise, and commercially relevant advice to clients, and to provide them with legally and commercially effective solutions.
  • Opportunities: There is flexibility for the post to be based in either of our Nottingham or Birmingham offices.
  • And more: The successful candidate must be willing to spend time if required in the firm’s other offices, or on short-term secondments with clients.
