Commercial Contracts / TMT Associate

  • About the firm: Sitting within the wider Legal team in Glasgow, we successfully established a commercial contracts capability in our Glasgow office in 2017, working as an integrated part of our Digital Economy Transactions Group.
  • About the role: This role will provide direct "on the ground" assistance to clients in areas of commercial contracts and TMT work.
  • Looking for: The successful candidate is likely to have strong evidence of previous experience in a wide range of commercial contract activity, including (for example) supply contracts, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of purchase and sale.
  • Opportunities: An established career path framework is in place clearly defining expectations and outlining opportunities for promotion.
  • And more: Although not essential, previous experience in TMT- (and specifically IT-) related work and qualifications in English law would be beneficial.
