  • About the team: There will be a focus on energy work, but the Commercial team in Aberdeen also supports the wider UK Commercial team, primarily on data protection work.
  • About the role: You will primarily be helping to advise on offshore contracting, drafting supply of services contracts, IP and collaboration agreements; and software development agreements.
  • Looking for: Ideally, you will have experience in a commercial or corporate role in a commercial law firm or in an in-house role.
  • Opportunities: You will be guaranteed regular training and a bespoke learning and development programme through our new objective driven support programme.
  • And more: You should be ambitious with an interest to develop the business in Aberdeen with the support of the Aberdeen Commercial Partner.
