- We would like to recruit an additional solicitor to join the eminent medical malpractice team.
- You'll handle a challenging caseload of defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of private healthcare clients and insurers.
- This will include drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, liaison with the insurers, healthcare professionals and other health bodies, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules of damages in high value claims.
- You'll also act as first and primary contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing them with commercially focused legal advice.
- You should have considerable experience of handling complex clinical negligence claims, and/or other catastrophic injuries.
