About the role: We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Costs Lawyer to work in our London office.
Looking for: In addition to your excellent communication and costs negotiation skills; we are looking to secure your excellent technical and legal knowledge on costs Law.
Opportunities: You will be afforded the opportunity to showcase and develop your commercial approach, focussing on obtaining the best possible result for the team / business.
And More: You will possess significant experience of all aspects of both inter parties costs and solicitor/client costs work in the field of clinical negligence and personal injury claims, with experience of different forms of funding including Conditional Fee Agreements with After the Event Insurance; Legal Aid and Before the Event Insurance.
