  • Assist high value caseload of pre-lit & litigated defendant clinical negligence claims for NHSLA, NHS Trusts, insurers.
  • Instruct experts and counsel, liaise with witnesses, arrange conferences, draft documents & undertake research.
  • There will also be opportunities to attend conferences and hearings with counsel.
  • We're looking for paralegals with substantial and in-depth defendant clinical negligence experience.
  • Paralegals with experience in defendant personal injury or claimant clinical negligence will also be considered.
