  • About the role: You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of clinical negligence, multi-track claims.
  • Looking for: You will need to have excellent knowledge of the law relating to clinical negligence and the civil litigation process.
  • Opportunities: You will have the opportunity to represent clients who have suffered from a wide range of injuries as a result clinical negligence for example delayed diagnosis of cancer and other conditions, and substandard medical treatment including surgery.
  • And more: A day in the life of a Lawyer is never the same, but a typical day may include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements; preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
