Private Practice

Charities Lawyer

  • About the Firm: Womble Bond Dickinson is an transatlantic law firm formed in 2017 by a combination between UK-based Bond Dickinson LLP and US-based Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP. The combination followed a strategic alliance announcement made in 2016.
  • About the role: Partner and Charites Team Leader, Emma Moody, is now looking for a qualified lawyer to join the team, working closely with Jo Coleman in London and the wider practice across the regions.
  • Looking For: We are looking to secure your expertise across a corporate or commercial practice area and which will have given you exceptional drafting, communication skills and a commercial outlook. That you are a robust and resilient lawyer, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with others who share the same passion for the charities and education sector as you do, makes you highly desirable.
  • Opportunities: You will be afforded the opportunity to continue to develop your technical expertise through high quality work, with a combination of your own caseload and working as part of our wider team which is down to earth, straightforward, and great to work with.
  • And more: There will be plenty of opportunities for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships. The team has a clear vision and an appetite for growth and it's a great time to be joining us whether you're at the early stages of your career or further on in your development.
