  • The BFI was founded in 1933. We are a charity governed by a Royal Charter. We combine cultural, creative and industrial roles, bringing together the BFI National Archive and BFI Reuben Library, film distribution, exhibition and education at BFI Southbank and BFI IMAX, publishing and festivals.
  • Your key responsibilities will include Drafting and negotiating production financing agreements and other relevant agreements, as required and Drafting and advising on security agreements as required by the BFI and conducting appropriate due diligence in relation to BFI’s investment in the projects supported by the Fund.
  • You will have a proven track record specialising in commercial and entertainment law, with an emphasis on film financing, production, sales and distribution, contract law and copyright.
  • You will have Sound management skills. Proven ability to successfully manage, coach, motivate and develop staff.
  • You will represent the BFI as appropriate acting as an ambassador for the BFI and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
